IQ Car Wash

Spent $14 and there is still dirt on my vehicle. I want a refund. I have emailed you already about that. I mean, even the touchless should do a better job of washing off dirt.

Mediocre at best. The touchless wash always leaves dirt behind but still manages to loosen trim... and the line is ALWAYS long. The soft touch is OK I guess, but does not rinse NEARLY enough before hitting your vehicle with spinning foam brushes. My car gets very dirty sitting in a dirt lot all week long at work, and I'd rather not get micro scratches all over my paint job.... Plan C- ordering a water filtration system & hand washing every weekend. Pictures after a double platinum soft touch wash....

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to age 3–5 business days in real time, swing by IQ Car Wash when there’s a line. It took 25 minutes for THREE cars to make it through before I even got to enter the wash. I’m pretty sure I could’ve hand-washed all my cars in the parking lot faster… twice. And once you’re in line? Congratulations. You now live there. There is no escape route. You are fully committed. Hope you didn’t have plans. Pricing is about the same as other car washes in town, which would be fine… if the wait didn’t feel like I was in line for concert tickets in 2003. For an average-at-best wash, the time investment just doesn’t make sense. Pro tip: Only go if there’s zero line or if you’ve packed snacks, charged your phone, and cleared your afternoon schedule. My car is clean. My patience? Not so much.

It is what it is, sometimes it doesn't go your way. When one touch free bay is closed for maintenance and then suddenly opens after being in line for 30 minutes and 4 cars skip ahead it is not going your way. No worries, but when office door is locked and the door says call a number and you call and get an answering machine then you are forced to leave a review to communicate. After the car wash I would say quality was very low. Spots and streaking everywhere. Debris that wouldn't come off. Not a wonderful first experience as I hunt for best touch free car wash in AMA for my new bronco which requires touch free because of spare tire. All I wanted to ask when I pulled the locked door and called was if the do it yourself bays were cheaper since no prices are listed and I was waiting in line so long.

Well equipped self serve car/PU truck wash with pressure wands, soft brushes, tire brushes, low pressure engine bay wands, blow dryer and vacuums. I have used it twice for my Ford F250 4x4, great for getting the dust and mud off. $20 for a thorough PU Truck wash.
